10220 Volkswagen T1 Camper VanT1: Licht an! | Viele werden bestätigen: Der Volkswagen T1 „Bulli“ Campingbus (10220) ist ein großes Modell, sprich herausragend. Aber Björn Merz hat sich gedacht: Geht es noch größer? Ich habe Björn einige Fragen gestellt – und wir freuen uns riesig darauf, seinen VW Bus auf der Zusammengebaut 2016 LEGO-Ausstellung in Nordhessen zu sehen. Zuvor fährt Björn mit dem T1 auch bei den Brick City Days vor. Hast du vor dem Campingbus schon andere XXL LEGO-Modelle gebaut? Klar, ich baue bevorzugt Großmodelle aus LEGO-Steinen, nachdem ich 2014 den Dortmunder Florianturm aus rund 25.000 Steinen und 2015 ein R2-D2 in „Lebensgröße“ fertig gestellt habe, fing ich am Abend des 1. Januars diesen Jahres damit an, den VW T1 zu bauen. Und wieso fiel die Wahl auf den T1? Nun, der VW Bus zählt zu meinen absoluten Favoriten unter den LEGO Sets. Und so habe ich mir überlegt, ihn mal in einem noch größeren Maßstab im Vergleich zum ursprünglichen Set zu fertigen.
