If you're a PS4, Xbox One, or PC gamer, that was do-able thanks to the late 2015 re-release of the Deadpool console game - but on mobile, things aren't so cut and dry.There isn't an official Deadpool game on the App Store, but there are official Marvel games with Deadpool in them. Match-3 games that mix fighting and RPG elements have been around since the original Puzzle Quest debuted in 2007, and while the first Puzzle Quest may have spawned an entire industry of like-titles, few manage to hold a candle to the games with "Puzzle Quest" right in the title.

Marvel Puzzle Quest is no exception.Players assemble a team of super-people that they pit against opposing teams in a quest to bust gems and reign supreme. There are three things Deadpool is best at: punching, stabbing and shooting. Marvel Contest of Champions is the one mobile game that lets him do all of these things -- and better yet, he gets to do them to those goodie-two-shoes "superheroes."

Marvel Contest of Champions is a 2D fighting game that's been simplified for touch screen devices. In other words, if the crazy button combinations in Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat make your head hurt, this is the perfect game for you.Like Marvel Puzzle Quest, players will be able to unlock both Deadpool and an Uncanny X-Force variant. Both share the same basic moves, though their "special" remains unique to each character. Original Deadpool can make use of his mutant healing factor, while X-Force Deadpool will poke the enemy right in the duodenum. (Don't worry - I had to look it up too.) If you've seen the movie or read the comics, you're gut is telling you that Deadpool is not a character for kids. Slap a little LEGO on anyone, though, and you can make them safe for toddlers to engage with (unless we're talking real LEGO, in which case it may be a choking hazard.)The iOS version of LEGO Marvel Superheroes: Universe in Peril comes with a whopping 105 characters. Many of these, however, need to be unlocked through the course of play.

Deadpool is no exception, requiring players to find 11 "Deadpool Bricks" scattered throughout the game. (If you need help, there's a handy cheat sheet here).As you find the bricks, you can bring them to Deadpool in the SHIELD Helicarrier who will trade the bricks for special perks. Find all of the bricks and the final perk will unlocking the Merc with a Mouth as a playable character. It's the stuff that 10-year-old fantasies are made of.As with the other games mentioned here, getting Deadpool isn't as easy as simply downloading the game.
